-Lisa is an excellent speaker. I love how personable she is with her
clients and that was very obvious from her videos. I really agree with
being on the same energy level as the client.. she really meets them
where they are and then starts to "accuse" them of their
greatness. If
I had to pick one thing that really resonated with me from her key
note it would be not being attached to the outcome.. That is such a
freeing idea.. I am really going to try and live that out in my own
personal and professional life. I also liked the idea that building
rapport is BS. I work in a mentoring program with students and for the
next school year I'm going to challenge myself with making ever
moment
count in building their inner wealth and not just when I think they
"trust" me enough. Thanks Lisa!!!
-Lisa is always outstanding. I love her humor and her intensity!
-The clips of the teenager were excellent. So were the ones of his mom.
It was so easy to see her clear intention and purpose...and his
unwilling reluctance.
-Great use of that media.
-I loved listening to Lisa's case presentation, watching this young
man
evolve before us.
-Lisa's energy and love are contagious. I was on the edge of my seat
for this entire presentation. I loved all of her real world examples
and clips. She showcases the approach without ego by finding examples
that are authentic showing the best of her clients. She showed how the
approach is clearly life changing. I took one statement from Lisa that
I keep repeating in my head and it continues to drive my commitment to
the approach: She said, "They don't get to choose how much we
love
them" Wow. She motivates me to be committed and not be afraid of
my
own inner wealth. I can't wait to see more of her work and
hopefully
receive more trainings from her in the future.
-I really gained a lot from this session. Loved Lisa's practical,
down-to-earth way she utilizes NHA in her practice. I really
appreciated getting to see this in action with the videos of her with
clients. Liked the live session on video. A picture is always worth a
1000 words. Fantastic
-I loved the video clips of therapy and presenter's method of
dealing
with resistance. I would really enjoy more training with this
presenter.
-Lisa Bravo use of relevant video and through explanation of technique
congruent with NHA was stunning.

-WOW!!! Loved this presentation. This is exactly what I was looking for
at a very practical level. I saw live and in color how to play
hardball. The ideas were excellent and the practical application was
evident of how to notch up the approach with these kids and families.
The clips were vital. Wonderful clarity
-Wow! This was one of the best presentations I have experienced as a
therapist on resistance. so many of her examples, video clips were
extremely helpful!I loved her emphasis on looking for what's going
right, looking at faith based, instead of fear based, And as someone
who is Jewish and works with lots of Jewish clients, I loved her
saying, "You can Choose Ouy or You can Chose Joy" Loved thinking
about
the importance of creating a "mantra" for those being challenged
and
honoring resistance! So much more I could share....
-Very helpful to have the taped sessions shown!
-What can I say. Lisa continues to astound me. I am a skilled
practitioner with years of experience and I learn from her. Nothing
else need be said. However, I will say that the gradual buy in from
the teen, the melting of resistance, the gradual forming of a
therapeutic alliance in Lisa's inimitable fashion was quite
profound.

-So glad to see all of the video of live sessions. This is Lisa's
teaching style and it is powerful.
-Lisa, as always, presents well. I liked the Teenager Slides and loved
the video. While I do well with teenagers and continue to deepen my
therapeutic tenacity with this dear beings, Lisa inspires with showing
how to remain unattached and find the joy and greatness in those
sometimes long silences!!
-Lisa you are an inspiring therapist. Sharing your interactions is
courageous it is vulnerable.. There is not better way for us to learn
than by example. Thank you for the example.
-Lisa has a beautiful way of sharing her experience and stories to
bring the NHA alive and visible.
-This was exceptional!!! The film clips she used helped me understand
and learn how to move with a client who is being resistant. What was
powerful for me is how she stays in her Heart which keeps her
connected to the client. Would have been nice to have more dialogue
between others too. I LOVED this keynote! Lisa is an engaging, organized
presenter. I really enjoyed the video clips. It helped to illustrate
resistance and how to roll with it. I was so glad to have seen this
presentation!
-Showing the calm and consistent clear expectations of these folks
ability to meet and greet their greatness was so powerful.
What would have made this presentation better? +
-Lisa continues to improve her presentations on her own. How do you
improve on that?
-I would have enjoyed this presentation as an all day workshop. Lisa is
one gifted therapist!
-Art is art.

-I cannot express how incredible this presentation was for me. Although
I am an educator, I knew I wanted to go to this presentation and it
was a "gift" to myself. It was just that. A gift. I think
Lisa's
insight and strong stance on how we should invite and require intimacy
into our relationships is so important. She transformed my thinking. I
want this in my relationship. I have never taken something so fast and
implemented it. This training truly changed my life and the way I
think about relationships. I think it will help my relationship as
well as give me insight on how to help parents who are struggling with
a challenging child. Lisa has a gift. She is a gift to this world. Her
presentation style is so fluid, transparent, fun, engaging, and
authentic. I was literally on the edge of my seat, in tears for most
of it. I am usually an easily distracted person during presentations,
and every time she spoke I yearned for more- I was like a sponge. It
was simply amazing.
-Lisa is a pioneer in this area, and very much appreciated her sharing
her experience.
-The live demonstration was the absolutely best way this could be done.
-"BRAVO" Ms. Lisa! Lisa always has such a practical way of
translating
this approach into the real world. I love her use of the audience to
demonstrate and of allowing several in the audience to give testimony
to what she was teaching.I walked away with more tools to apply this
with couples and notch up how they are communicating.
-What more to say about this outstanding therapist but Excellent! She
needs to write a book on using the NHA with couples and families for
sure! As a family therapist, I have already used some of her
information in my practice! I also would love if she could have some
of her own therapy clips available for us therapists! She is awesome!
-Lisa is an excellent presenter. It was helpful that she demonstrated
the Joining exercise.Lisa is superb at what she does. Her intuitive
clinical sense is nonpareil. She displays an amazing capacity for
aligning with clients while reserving the right to courageously draw
and maintain boundaries. This is especially important in work with
couples. This displays a good sense of process vs. outcome. She is
willing to let couples go their separate ways if that is what serves
them best while having an energetic investment in keeping them
together if the relationship can be transformed into to a satisfying
and growth producing one. Her requiring their commitment to the
process is non-negotiable. This saves time and solicits engagement.
The exercises, such as looking each other in the eyes and reporting on
what is seen, while just a part of the whole fabric of engagement, are
powerful. The live appearance of the wonderful artist from Minnesota
was impactful and prima facie evidence. This was a powerful
presentation. I love that Lisa uses live sessions that really bring her
work to life. The couple exercises were explained and demonstrated
beautifully. I will definitely use these in my practice. I also loved
her "business meeting" and "eye therapy" for couples.
I appreciate she
also shared experiences in her own life
-Lisa Bravo is one of the best presenters I have heard in my career.
She is extraordinary. She is clear, creative, and her thoughts and
presentation are extremely organized!!!! This is evident in the
Nurtured Heart Workbook. She thinks outside the box and this what
makes her exceptional!!!
What would have made this presentation better? +
-Nothing. I can't wait to learn more about this as Lisa refines and
writes a book!!!! I cannot think of anything.
-I really can't think of anything that could have improved on
this,
except maybe more of it!
-More time to listen to Lisa's ideas. Only that she have a full day to
present!
-I wouldn't mess with it.
-I couldn't get enough, I wish it was longer.
