Nurtured Heart Parenting 101
Join us every other Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 for a group by parents, for parents! These weekly classes allow parents to learn from and help each other build their toolboxes for greater successes with their children. Classes will run in 8 course sessions beginning January 30th, May 21st and September 10th.
Cost: $40 per 8 course session, $55 for couples

Girl's Night Out is designed to celebrate girl power! This is an interactive workshop that will address self-esteem, healthy relationships, positive body image and assertive communication. Give your daughter a safe forum to ask uncomfortable questions and get accurate information. We will address healthy dating practices and how to navigate media pressure and techno pressures such as sexting and cyberbullying. Parents are asked to return to the workshop 1 hour before its over to for a presentation on how to address these topics with your young lady. Dinner Included!
